ICB Complaint and Feedback Form

This form is designed to provide students, parents, staff, and members of the community with a clear and accessible way to raise concerns, lodge formal complaints, or provide feedback to the College. Its purpose is to ensure that all matters are appropriately recorded, reviewed, and addressed in a fair, respectful, and timely manner. The College values all feedback and assesses complaints in accordance with the Dispute Resolution / Complaints Handling Policy and Complaints Handling Procedure (included within the Policy).
