ICB Complaint and Feedback Form

This form is designed to provide students, parents, staff, and members of the community with a clear and accessible way to raise concerns or lodge formal complaints with the College. Its purpose is to ensure that all matters are recorded, assessed, and addressed in a fair, timely, and consistent manner. The College assesses all complaints and determines an appropriate course of action in accordance with Dispute Resolution/Complaints Handling Policy: include Complaints Handling Policy via ICB website and Complaints Handling Procedure (included in the Policy).
