Timesheet Submission
All casual relief staff are required to submit their timesheets through Teacher Kiosk for each day worked to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This requirement applies from Monday, 20 April 2026.
Relief staff can access Teacher Kiosk using the following link: https://sms.icb.qld.edu.au/kiosk/login.cfm?reason=redirect
Please note the following standard daily hours unless otherwise advised by your line manager:
- Casual Relief Teachers: 6.25 hours per day (08am to 03:15pm with 60 mins lunch break)
- Casual Relief Teacher Aides: 6.5 hours per day (08:30am to 03:45pm with 45 mins lunch break)
- Casual Staff: Hours as approved by the line manager
Timesheets must be submitted by the end of each working day. Late or incomplete submissions may result in delays or inaccuracies in payroll processing.
If you require assistance accessing Teacher Kiosk or have forgotten your password, please contact zjaffer@icb.qld.edu.au.
IMPORTANT: After entering your working hours and clicking “Save”, your timesheet will only be saved as a draft and has NOT yet been officially submitted for payroll processing. You must manually click the “Submit” button to finalise your timesheet submission. Failure to click the “Submit” button may result in your timesheet not being processed and may affect your payment.
